**Roles and Responbilities**:

- Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price for comparison
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Prepare and analyse costings for tender
- Responsible for supervising and checking of the subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statement and local codes and regulations
- Responsible for assisting Engineer in the installation and hook-up of new equipment.
- To manage ACMV Projects involving Planning, Project Execution, Material and Progress Monitoring, Manpower planning, etc.
- To liaise with the clients, consultants, project management teams of multiple main-contractors, sub-contractors and equipment suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Min Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5-8 years of years of M&E working experience with main contractors.
- Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices is required
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad, BIM.
