**Tea Barista Specialist**
Full-Time | 5 Days a Week | 44 Hours Weekly
Store locations assigned near your residence (where possible)

**Shifts**
- Morning: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM (last order at 10:30 PM)

**Salary & Growth Path**
- Trainee: $1,800/month
- With experience: From $2,000/month
- Junior Level: Up to $2,500/month (after confirmation: $2,700)
- Senior Level: $2,700 - $2,900/month
- Monthly Store Incentive: +$150
- Minimal or no overtime required

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about service, quality, and creating memorable customer experiences. As a **Tea Experience Specialist**, you’ll represent our brand and culture through every cup served, ensuring consistency, hospitality, and attention to detail.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Craft premium tea beverages with care, precision, and consistency
- Deliver friendly, attentive service that makes customers feel valued
- Take orders accurately and handle transactions smoothly
- Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained
- Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with deliveriesFollow operational, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
