**What the role is**
- Project Staff (AI Development)

**What you will be working on**

We are looking for a capable and responsible individual to work on multiple R&D projects involving Large Language Models. You will take an active role in developing AI solution for agentic systems to automate processes. You will work closely with our senior staff to design user interfaces and train and fine-tune AI models to improve their accuracy and performance. You should possess strong oral and written communication skills, along with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**What we are looking for**
- Good understanding of machine learning concepts (e.g. neural networks, optimisation algorithms, evaluation metrics).
- Experience in designing scalable AI solutions.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs for AI models.
- Familiar with prompt engineering techniques such as instruction design, template-based approaches, rule-based conditioning, or fine-tuning strategies.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and familiar with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP tools.
- Familiar with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
