**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Promoter to join our team. As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand in retail stores, engaging directly with customers to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and demonstrate products to customers in retail outlets.
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers and explaining product features and benefits.
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and closing sales.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times.
- Ensure product displays and planograms are properly set up, neat, and in line with company standards.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the sales team.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
- Support in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Provide basic product training and knowledge to store staff when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- 6-day work week, with rotational weekday off.
