Renovation Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage renovating projects independently / liaise and communicate with clients giving frequent updates.
- Ensure good quality of work with tight work schedules
- Plan work scheduling and documentation
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site work
- Resolve design/site problems encountered during the renovating period
- To attend site meetings prior to project implementation
- To ensure meeting deadlines for project completion
- To follow -up on compliant and feedback if any from client upon completion
- ake part in the project kickoff meeting after the contract is awarded, and arrange for a briefing on the project scope with the Management and contractors.
- Coordinate renovation, reinstatement and etc work on site (retail shops and departmental counters) and carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties
- Request quotations for each contract or work for comparison
- Support the directors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality.
- Assists Directors in carrying out all shops’ drawings and submission.
- Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from Directors as appropriate
- Analyze in carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities;
- Prepare and gather all necessary project documentation, such as the Pre-con Survey Report, PTW submission, Project Schedule, Weekly Site Progress Report, Procurement and Drawings Tracking List, Handover Reports, Defect Registers, Certificate of Complete, etc,
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site
- Conduct project site inspection.
- Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors and external stakeholders ensure workmanship are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements
- Administer all site works, including cost control, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
