**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are seeking for individuals who is a **natural multi tasker and enjoys serving others **to join our team as **Cashier.**

**Duties & Accountabilities**

1. Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded in the POS / cash register.

2. Get familiar with the product offerings to be able to promote, cross-sell and upsell.

3. Providing excellent customer service interaction and experience - Greet customers and Handle enquiries.

4. Billing and packing - Pack the items properly and handover to customers.

5. **Cash handling** - Provide the correct change (if any) and Count the cash against the sales-report at end of shift

6. Ensure the cleanliness of outlet counter, equipment and utensils in outlet are well maintained.

7. Effective communications with outlet team members

8. Understands Rotiboy Company Core Values : Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Humility.

**Skills / Competency / Benefit**

1. Trainings will be provided

2. Any F&B Training / Qualification/ experience is preferred

3. Ability to read and calculate accurately.

4. Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form

5. Physically strong — Ability to stand for extended time, and lift heavy items when necessary (~ lift 50 pounds)

6. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

7. Uniform provided

8. Part Time rate : $8 - $10 / hr
