Asst. Manager

As the distributor of Automotive Aftermarket Products, **3M** Automotive, **3M** products and **Castrol** lubricants, our company is fast expanding and we are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join us.
- **Prior experience in Automotive Aftermarket is preferred, though not essential.**:

- **Alternative experience in Automotive Parts or related business is also preferred.**:

- Required Skill(s): Basic computer skills, Strong interpersonal skills, Self-Starter, Able to work independently, Always team focused, Possess own transport, Passionate about Sales, Hungry for Success.
- Leading a team of Sales Executive
- To ensure total customers’ satisfaction, and broadening the customers’ networks
- Responsible for formulating all Sales & Marketing activities and driving profitability
- To monitor and forecasting & achieving the sales forecast & target
- Strong in creating new account(s) and serving existing customers
- Responsible for organizing regular customers’ visit
- Responsible for all other activities as and when directed by the Superior
- Strong sales and marketing working experience.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Work closely with sales team on lead generation, sales pitch and contract negotiation
- Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI

- Singaporean
- Possess own transport
- At least GCE “N”/“O” Level and above
- Basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
