**About the role**
**What you need to know**:
- Providing PA support to a team of Senior Executives
- Extensive diary management, coordinating meetings for executives and their visitors (including booking rooms, greeting guests, arranging lunches or restaurant bookings)
- Answering the phone, fielding calls, responding to and dealing with queries, relaying accurate messages etc.
- Coordinate all IT issues for including arrangement for help desk support and systems related matters
- Managing expenses
- Preparing power point presentations
- Working on producing management information and reports upon request
- Engaging Global and Regional A&H leaders and their teams to follow up on agreed A&H actions, collect, and generate reports
- Trip preparation notes and agenda management
- Coordinating overseas travel schedules and booking arrangements
- Liaising with both senior management and internal departments and other PA’s
- Project management duties may include administering the quarterly review process or ad hoc administrative and project duties, as and when required
- Order stationery supplies
- Any other ad-hoc duties
**What we’re looking for**:
- Minimum 6+ years of MNC Executive Assistant experiences.
- University graduate with high proficiency in English.
- Good understanding of the business environment and collaborative attitude.
- Business and financial acumen to handle complex situations balancing multiple responsibilities and influencing key stakeholders.
- Prior experience managing complex calendars and coordinating travel arrangements internationally
- Able to drive multiple high profile and complex projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Good cultural awareness to work with different regional stakeholders.
- Proactive and meticulous
