**Job Summary**:
The Facility Technician will be responsible for efficient maintenance and upkeep of all building infrastructure and ME systems to support warehouse operations. Managing external contractors to ensure maintenance works are carried out effectively and safely. Working with safety and other functional departments to ensure compliance with WSH and other statutory regulations.

**Job Functions/Duties**:

- Conduct regular check to ensure warehouse facility and equipment are maintained to be safe and operating effectively and efficiently
- Supervision of term contractors for daily cleaning of facility, pest control, periodic servicing of air-conditioning system and ad-hoc repairs works, etc.
- Plan and supervise facility upgrading or enhancement projects.
- Ensure adequate safety measures implemented by contractors performing site works.
- Collaborate with Safety and other internal committees to support EHS and other quality improvement programs.
- Keep all equipment and maintenance records up to date.
- Ensure cost control of the repairs and maintenance supplies against budget.
- Follow up on feedback and findings relating to housekeeping, facility and safety management.
- Other duties as directed by Management or Safety Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Facilities Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in facility/property management.
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact

with all levels in the organization.
- Training in WHS and Fire Safety Manager certification will be an advantage.

8.30am to 6pm (Monday - Thursday)

8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
