**Position: HR Admin Support**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations.
- Manage and update the Infotech database to ensure accurate and timely records.
- Archive HR-related paperwork, including policies and procedures, ensuring proper documentation management.
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of new employee orientation programs.
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
- Assist with the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of Work Permits and S Passes.
- Monitor and ensure workers’ courses are tracked and renewed as required.
- Willingness to visit sites as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum education level: ITE / Secondary N/O Level.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and related systems is a plus.
