As a central function, Procurement is responsible for the whole purchasing volume of Infineon and contributes significantly to achieving Infineon’s financial goals and growth.

As Senior Manager of Negotiation Excellence you will be part of Procurement’s negotiation excellence team. You will support Procurement’s global negotiation team with structured negotiation preparation and innovative negotiation methods such as game-theory-based negotiations in order to further strengthen Procurement’s bottom line contribution.

**Responsibilities**
In your role you will:

- Consult Procurement's negotiators to prepare **high-volume project awards **and **annual price negotiations **employing innovative methodologies such as **game theory**:

- Drive **large-scale negotiation events **(“negotiation weeks”)
- **Develop frameworks **and material for negotiation preparation
- Create and **conduct negotiation training**:

- Enable Procurement to **further roll-out monetarized comparisons **of suppliers („monetarized total-cost-of-ownership”)
- Prepare **negotiation results **for reporting

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, business administration or similar
- At least 10 years of working experience in **procurement and in leading projects**:

- **Demonstrated negotiation experience in high-volume projects and with varying degree of negotiation power**:

- **Knowledge of game theory **and experience in **conducting game theory - based negotiations**:

- **Experience in conducting large-scale negotiation events **“negotiation weeks” is a plus
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Experience in conducting (negotiation) trainings
- Very good analytical skills, project management skills, and communication skills
- A solution-oriented and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
