Generate sales order, delivery order, invoice, credit note, debit note etc
- Update customer portfolio & payment
- Prepare and maintain payments monthly
- Supporting month end closing activities
- Support in off line and online Marketing activities
- Handle customers
- Assist the sales team in daily sales operation and liaise between other departments on sales order for delivery
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation and filing system
- Provide admin support & perform general admin duties
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Able to start work **immediately or within short notice**:

- Minimum GCE O Level holder or equivalent
- At least 1 years experience in sales support in FMCG
- Good working knowledge of MS Office & accounting software
- Must be patient, meticulous & focus with positive attitude
- Able to multi-task, work independently under minimum supervision & and a team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with China based customers)
