Senior Global Gtm Operations Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Sensor Tower, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of our sales reps, managing our sales contracts and providing support to our rapidly growing sales team.
It's a critical role in optimizing and streamlining the Quote to Cash process
**Your responsibilities would be**:
- Collaborate and consult with members of the sales team on Deal Desk and provide solutions to the sales process to solve our pain points.
- Analyze sales performance data and proactively monitor metrics & leading indicators to communicate trends in the sales pipeline to prevent potential issues
- Ensure the sales team has access to the necessary infrastructure, technology and resources to succeed in their roles
- Continuously improve sales processes, data tracking, and compliance with corporate policies and standards. Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sale processes, and engagement rules
- Support the on-boarding and training of new sales team members and maintain accurate documentation.
**Who you are**:
- 5-8 years of experience in a Sales Operations role driving key sales operational improvements and be a partner to senior leadership
- Self-starter (Self-motivated with a high attention to detail). Highly organized, customer-focused, and innovative. Innate curiosity and desire to learn all parts of the business from engineering to product to sales.
- Proven experience improving processes within an organization through analysis. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce
Cherry on Top - not required but would be amazing to see you have
- Prior experience at a high-growth company or collaborating with a sales team
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
- Expertise and passion for the mobile apps/gaming ecosystem
