In this role, you will partner with Enterprise Closers to hit and exceed sales targets, teach prospective clients about Clearwater, tailor our sales message to meet client objectives and take control of the prospects vendor exploration process by showing them how to buy software. You will participate in on-site workshops, lead Clearwater demonstrations, contribute to RFIs and RFPs and help build the APAC market as you grow your sales skills and knowledge. In addition, you will also partner with Global Delivery and Client Services as new clients are onboarded.

This creative, self-starting individual should be able to work well with and gain the respect of internal and external colleagues while leveraging technical knowledge and skills to solve complex problems and create solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with prospective clients to understand their pain and articulate how the Clearwater solution relieves that pain.-
- Develop a deep understanding of why companies buy Clearwater-
- Effectively communicate Clearwater’s core value proposition through written and oral demonstration-
- Capable of solving complex and abstract problems-
- Assist with critical research and preparation for sales meetings and visits-
- Provide relevant product and market feedback to Clearwater’s product management, development, global delivery and client services teams-
- Collaboratively organize resources across Clearwater to support sales effortsWhat we look for:
- 2+ year(s) of Clearwater experience-
- Good understanding of challenges in the industry (reporting, accounting, data )-
- Working knowledge of Clearwater’s internal tools and systems with the ability to create investment scenarios for demonstration purposes-
- Competitiveness, creativity, curiosity, passion, and drive-
- Willingness to fail fast and iterate while taking constructive feedback-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills-
- Strong technical skills, including Excel and ability to use in-house software solutions- Process to apply:

- Should have been in their current role for 12 months or more and have a performance rating of 4+
