**Position Overview**

We are seeking a HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with some HR experience looking to further develop their career in a dynamic environment.

Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee orientation, onboarding, and training programs for new hires.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, initiatives, and employee relations.
- Process payroll, including accurate overtime calculations, using Infotech HR software.
- Maintain and update employee records in Infotech, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the management of employee benefits and welfare programs.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Generate HR reports using Infotech for performance management, payroll, and other functions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Proven experience with Infotech HR software is a must.
- Strong experience in payroll processing, including overtime calculations.
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,900.00 per month
