Roles and Responsibilities The Associate Consultant shall: - be the brand ambassador and conducts oneself in a confident and professional manner - assist the Senior Consultants to follow up with new and existing clients and attend to them in the galleries - be on a constant lookout to provide value to all of our clients - achieve high customer satisfaction by forging and maintaining long term relationships between the brand and our clients - complete the necessary digital documentation as part of client management & customer service - work closely with the other teams to ensure that documentation is organised and up-to-date. - actively drive their Metaphysics and product knowledge by participating in in-house training and learning from senior consultants - keep up to date with market trends, product lines and the initiatives of the other teams in the company. - be committed to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience - take initiative to maintain the best retail gallery conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc. In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who: - Has a confident demeanour and excellent personal presentation - Is friendly and has an approachable personality - Is fluent and tactful in conversational English & Mandarin - Is organised and discipline - Is able to execute tasks in a methodical and logical manner - Is accountable for the tasks assigned to them - Is customer-centric and service-oriented with a passion for Metaphysics - is flexible and has a growth mindset - Is positive, proactive, eager to learn and possess a "can-do" attitude - Has experience from jewellery or high-end luxury retail industry is a plus - Has experience in customer service and/or retail operations is a plus **Job Type**: Full time (Permanent) Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays 12nn to 8pm, Saturday 10am - 6pm Probation Period: 3 months Dress code: business formal **In house training will be provided.
