Mechnaical & Electrical Services BIM Co-ordinator or Drafter.

At least 3-5 years MEP Drafting Experiences - 2D Section Drawings, MEP Plant Room Layout.

Familiar with basic MEP Code of Practices like; Fire Compartmentation Requirements, Co-ordiantion of Final MEP Fixtures with Archtectural Finishes.

At least completed 2-3 projects with full BIM co-ordination participation.

Must be able to work at site office enviroment.
