We are looking for a **dedicated and detail-oriented Architectural Supervisor**to join our client’s project team. Our client is a respected **civil and general construction company**involved in large-scale developments locally and internationally, including **hospital and healthcare infrastructure**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review, coordinate, and prepare **architectural shop drawings**and related documentation for submission and approval
- Supervise and inspect all architectural works performed by subcontractors to ensure **compliance with specifications**and **design intent**:

- Ensure that architectural works adhere to **quality standards**and project requirements
- Coordinate architectural activities with **M&E, structural**, and other trades to avoid conflicts and delays
- Manage **material requisition**, **cost control**, **work scheduling**, and project documentation related to architectural scope
- Ensure timely execution of works in accordance with **project schedule**and **site requirements**:

- Support compliance with **local codes**, **BCA CONQUAS**, and other **quality assurance frameworks**:

- Enforce **safety regulations**and maintain good construction practices on site

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in **Building**, **Architecture**, or related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum **5 years of relevant experience**in architectural coordination and supervision
- Strong knowledge of **Singapore Building Codes and Regulations**:

- Familiar with **BCA CONQUAS**, **Quality Mark**, and **local quality standards**:

- Good understanding of **safety protocols**and site operations within the construction industry
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
