**About the role**:
**We're an unusual hybrid: we think and grow like an operating company, but our business model is that of a venture capital firm. We are looking for a Head of Product Delivery to take ownership for the success of the **Global Standards and Systems **for our existing products which support our ability to deliver Talent, Selection, Form and Launch of our cohort programmes which are delivered to scores of founders each year across our six sites worldwide.**:
**Responsibilities**:
This is a global role working across every location and stage of the EF product. You will be responsible for ensuring our Product Standards and Systems are best-in-class, with consistently high usage across all sites. Your work will be split into three areas:

- **Train**:You will be responsible for ensuring that all Standards and Systems are paired with effective and attractive training resources which cater for all levels of EF experience, from new joiners to EF veterans. In some instances, you will deliver in-person training.
- **Audit**:You will be responsible for monitoring the effective utilisation of the Standards and Systems. Where effective utilisation is low, you will work to rapidly understand and address the root causes.

**What You’ll Need**:

- **EF Expertise**:You have a deep and nuanced knowledge of the EF product and our customer. You have a consistent (2+ years), proven track record of delivering an attractive and effective product to our customer.
- **Operational Excellence**:You have demonstrated experience of sequencing and delivering complex, cross-functional processes/products from end-to-end. You consistently produce high quality work against tight timelines.
- **Ability to influence**:You have demonstrable experience persuading others to follow your decisions and actions. You can build strong working relationships, and manage stakeholders across levels and locations.
- **Low ego**:You seek to solve problems by building the standards and systems which enable others to be successful. You seek to shine the spotlight on others.
- **Clarity of thought**:You can explain and articulate complex ideas, simply and effectively. You can comprehend and synthesise a large amount of nuanced information. Your written and verbal communication is highly structured.
- **Product mindset**:You can think about codification, automation and scalability of EF’s product. You are customer-centric, yet understand that good product design is not about letting users design your product for you.
