**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company which are dealing with curtains/blinds, wallpapers, solar films and upholstery including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
- Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.
- Coordinate with Operations Department and customers in scope of work and project executions as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.
- To prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receive of payment from customers and final accounts for completed projects
- Refresh Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.
- Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

**Requirements**:

- ‘N’ levels or Diploma in any field of study.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills. Team player with strong work ethics, initiative and ability to multi-task under tight timelines.
