We are seeking a Senior Engineer to oversees technical projects, teams, and resources within a company, ensuring that technical activities align with business goals. They are responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies, managing technical teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time. This role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and leading technical training programs

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and Managing Technical Teams
- Developing and Implementing Technical Strategies.
- Managing Technical Projects and Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
- Developing and Managing Technical Training
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
- Staying Current with Technology Trends.
- Strong Leadership, Management Skills, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Degree in Engineering related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a technical role in Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams, projects, and resources is crucial.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Project management in Technical expertise with data analysis skill.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Resource planning experience.
