WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for Experience in aligning cross-cultural, cross-functional, and virtual teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid presenter and group facilitator. Outstanding listening skills. Understand implications of different choices, and guide team to the best solutions for organization. Lean/6 sigma experience is a plus.

This role will report into the Director of Supply Chain Innovation SEA&I.

You will use your strong leadership and communication skills and ability to influence and build consensus across multiple partners to create a collaborative, innovative, and impactful strategy network.

Collaborate across Logistics, Marketplace Operations, Analytics, Technology, the Logistics COE teams and 3PLs.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with minimum of 7 years’ experience - supply chain/operations experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Distribution Center operational processes, WMS and facility requirements.
- Experience developing and leading DC solution design and process deployment discussions and system implementations.
- Familiarity with Nike Logistics System (NLS) and Nike Distribution Center of Excellence framework and phase gate methodology would be an added advantage.
- Project team leadership/ mentoring skills and ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Proven energy to navigate sophisticated organizational structures.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and travel, up to 50%.
