Telemarketing Executive

Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling and prospecting

Provide excellent service and support to our clients

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

Introduce our products/services and articulate their features and benefits effectively.

Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.

Effectively communicate promotional offers, discounts, and any ongoing campaigns.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with relevant information

With / without experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-driven, confident and resulted oriented

Salary

$12 per hour (negotiable)with uncapped commissions
