We’re looking for a detail-driven and technically fluent Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business objectives and engineering execution. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements—driving the development of products and systems that create measurable impact. **Your Mission**

Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis:

- Collaborate with teams across departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to gather and document clear, actionable business requirements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional specs, and technical requirements that align with development capabilities.
- Conduct deep dives into current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Use process maps, use case diagrams, and other visual tools to clarify business logic and system flows.

Technical Collaboration:

- Partner with developers and technical leads to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and sprint planning sessions, offering insights into feasibility, value, and potential risks.
- Help craft test plans and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate outcomes.
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between business stakeholders and the tech team, bridging gaps and resolving roadblocks.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Use data to drive smarter decisions—analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies that uncover business opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and the impact of new features or systems.
- Present data insights through compelling visualizations and clear narrative explanations.

Project Support & Agile Collaboration:

- Work closely with project managers to support planning, scheduling, and risk tracking across initiatives.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Promote continuous improvement in team practices, delivery quality, and stakeholder engagement.

Documentation & User Support:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specs, process guides, and decision logs.
- Create user manuals and training materials for new systems or workflows.
- Deliver training sessions and offer ongoing support to users post-launch.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a tech-forward or software environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills—you’re comfortable translating business-speak into tech-talk (and vice versa).
- Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery cycles.
- Comfort working with basic SQL queries, data tables, and system architecture overviews.
- Experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of mobile app development workflows.
- Knowledge of SDLC principles and version control practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
