Product Designer

**What you will be doing**: Hubble is looking to hire a Product Designer to help drive one of our product pillars’ design lifecycle. You will work closely with the Product Managers and Engineers to gain a deep understanding of our customers’ requirements in order to implement holistic design solutions to ease our customer pain points. You want to be in a dynamic, fun, and energetic environment. - Collaborate with the product and engineering team to plan optimal solutions to design problems that balance customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities. - Collaborate with the design team to ensure the scalability of our product lines across different product pillars in the platform. You’ll be working with a robust design system, to update, maintain and grow. - Translate abstract ideas into tangible, high quality design solutions - Design end-to-end flows and deliver polished, high fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. - Responsible for owning the product design for one of our product pillars, to be involved in all of the research, design and product development from product concept to launch. **What we need from you**: - At least 2 years of product design experience. Prior work in B2B or Enterprise product solutions is a plus. - A compelling portfolio showcasing your design process, expertise in design thinking, and the development of engaging user interfaces and experiences. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer and Adobe XD. Skilled in creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to effectively convey design solutions. - Possess a proactive attitude and a passion for driving innovative ideas, taking full ownership of your product. - Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment amidst varying levels of uncertainty. - Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.Keen eye for visual design **About Hubble**: Hubble is a leading construction management platform that seamlessly connects stakeholders across the entire value chain to build better, faster, safer, and more cost-effective projects.
