My client is a leading player in the Healthcare industry, currently hiring a talent to oversee Regional FP&A Consolidation. Advanced Excel skills required to manage large amount of data.
**Requirements**:
- ** 3-6 years of relevant FP&A/management reporting experience in MNC**:
- Ideal to possess relevant industry exposure from Healthcare, Lifesciences, Medical Devices, FMCG sector or industries with fast paced environment
- ** Must be highly proficient in Excel**:
- An advantage to have exposure to SAP, Tableau, Hyperion and/or BI tools
- Ability to work in a lean structure as an individual contributor, and able to manage large amount of data
**Job Scope**
As the FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering monthly regional management reporting, FP&A consolidation of performance in the region and working closely with Finance teams in various countries. You will provide analysis of the region's performance, as well as support in consolidating budgets and forecasts. You will also look into ways to improve current reporting processes, and work closely with the respective markets in customizing suitable presentation decks required by the business.
You will provide business performance analytics to identify financial trends, highlight risks and opportunities, evaluate best practices to drive operational efficiency and develop a good understanding of the business and economic drivers.
