Administrative Manager

**What the role is**
- You will be an Administrative Manager in the Legal Group.
**What you will be working on**
- Your duties will include management planning, human resource management, corporate communications, coordinating and managing of assets, and championing good procurement practices and payment procedures. You will be involved in the budget planning and control process, crisis management, oversee training needs of the Group and provide the relevant support for WOG-ICT related matters. You will also be involved in the planning and organisation of departmental activities and be tasked to coordinate and provide support in any other administrative matters. Your work will require you to liaise with both internal and external customers, as well as with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
**What we are looking for**
- You should have an eye for details, possess strong analytical and decision making skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. You should also be a good team player who is able to build a rapport with people at all levels, possess a customer-service mindset, and be disciplined to work well independently. Good communication and writing skills, and acute sensitivity to deadlines are also pre-requisites for this position. Some prior experience in crisis management and IT related knowledge will be an advantage.
