**About the Job**:
We are looking for a smart, fun, energetic and passionate People Intern to join our global People team based in our Singapore HQ You are driven and passionate about learning what goes behind the scenes to engage, develop, motivate, and retain a team of Superstars in a fast-moving company. In addition, you love telling stories through creative means and have an eye for amazing content opportunities. You love meeting new people and cultures and you are comfortable interacting with people from various backgrounds and levels. You are independent, fired up, and ready to support all team members, potential and current, to become Superstars.

**Responsibilities**:
You will have the rare opportunity to explore all functions under the People team. This includes recruitment and sourcing, employee branding, people operations, talent engagement, and social events. You will be at the forefront of creating exciting and engaging content for Supernova’s global online presence, helping to uncover interesting stories, editing pictures and videos, and sharing them with the world. You are curious and resourceful and will find ways to make the big vision happen, motivated to get hands-on experience, and are brimming with creative ideas to help share our Supernova story.

**Some responsibilities you will get to own include**:

- Create and disseminate engaging content for both internal and external audiences
- Support the day-to-day People operations - duties include but are not limited to onboarding, HRIS platform administration, and managing Supernova’s Internship Programme
- Support in the management and tracking of office assets and stock
- Assisting with the managing of office related matters such as pantry, office supplies, and facilities maintenance
- Planning and executing social events to keep our Superstars engaged
- Support the talent acquisition team in coordinating, sourcing and recruiting for the next generation of Superstars

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in HR, Psychology or related field preferred
- Familiarity with design and video editing software
- Strong command of English
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter, independent and highly motivated
- Positive attitude and highly adaptable
- Keen interest in HR and People functions
- Passionate and driven to get things done with the highest quality
- Thrive in a fast paced startup environment
- Able to commit for at least 3-6 months
- Available to start immediately
