**Responsibilities**:
Actively prospect, acquire, and maintain a portfolio of clients through effective sales techniques with a particular emphasis on bringing in new students.

Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with attracting prospective students.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, specifically aimed at increasing student enrollment, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Present and demonstrate our courses/services to potential students and parents with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance overall organizational performance, with a strategic focus on student recruitment.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, adapting strategies to increase the number of new students.

Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in business management or relavant field.

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals, especially in the context of student recruitment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Familiarity with industry/sector and a passion for staying up-to-date with relevant market trends, particularly those influencing student enrollment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
