Innovation Leader

**Location and Work Setup** : Singapore - Full on-site at the beginning, then hybrid
**Eligibility** : Singaporean Nationals or valid visa holders

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **Innovation Leader** to take charge of several smart mobility projects and transform them into scalable solutions. You will lead the project from conception to realization, working in a fast-paced environment to identify opportunities and bring new ideas to the table. This position will also see you interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders, including internal teams, external customers, and partners across universities, government agencies, startups, and tech companies in the APAC region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage one or more **smart mobility** projects from ideation to execution.
- Define project **scope, schedule, budget, and ROI** and obtain necessary approvals.
- Ensure projects are delivered successfully and **scaled up** at the regional level.
- Identify new opportunities and foster a culture of **innovation** within the organization.
- Build and nurture relationships with the **APAC ecosystem** - including universities, public agencies, startups, and customers.

**Requirements**:
**Key Competencies and Skills**:

- **Tech Product Creation & Management**: From ideation to commercialization, with experience in **robotic, data, and digital product** development.
- **Product Design** and expertise in **Data & Software Architecture Concepts**.
- Proficiency in **DevOps/MLOps** and strong foundational knowledge in **Computer Science**.
- **Experience in Data & AI products** and leading **tech teams**.
- Demonstrated experience in **Project Management**: Stakeholder management, budget oversight, planning, and risk management.
- Proven ability to **manage ambiguity** and negotiate tradeoffs, with expertise in **Agile methodologies**.
- Experience interacting with **tech ecosystems**: Startups, governmental agencies, customers, universities, and maintainers.
- **Business model creation** and a strong understanding of **business/tech opportunities**.
- **Innovation workshops** and **patent management** experience.
- Ability to scale successful projects and **deploy new products** across regions.
