**Your Role**

As the Branding and Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to enhance the visual appeal and brand identity of our QSR locations, and to enhance consumer experience in our restaurants. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive branding and visual merchandising solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**

**BRAND IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT**
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand identity, values, and target audience.
- Develop brand positioning strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Real Estate teams to seamlessly weave brand identity elements into restaurant design concepts. This includes aligning architectural elements, decor, and spatial layout with the brand's visual language to create a unified and immersive brand experience within each location.

**BRAND GUIDE DEVELOPMENT**
- Lead the development of 4Fingers’ Brand Guide to ensure a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Detail brand elements including logo variations, typography, color palette, imagery style, and tone of voice within the Brand Guide.
- Establish brand usage guidelines for signage, menus, packaging, uniforms, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
- Engage cross-functional collaboration among Operations, Real Estate, and Marketing teams to devise and execute strategies aimed at elevating the visual appeal of all stores. This involves analyzing customer traffic patterns and demographic preferences to inform decisions on signage placement, promotional displays, interior decor, and overall store layout, ensuring a captivating and tailored experience for 4Fingers customers.
- Continuously update the Brand Guide to reflect evolving brand strategies and market trends, serving as a reference for brand implementation.

**VISUAL MERCHANDISING STRATEGY & DESIGN**
- Collaborate with Marketing team to strategically plan, design, and produce visually compelling display materials, menus, signage, and promotional materials, including posters and flyers, with the aim to spotlighting promotions, highlighting key offers, and effectively communicating key messages to captivate customers and enhance engagement both in-store and online.
- Work with Operations and Real Estate teams to ensure that signages are strategically positioned throughout the store to effectively guide customers, promote offerings, and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure regular refreshment of displays, seasonal decorations, and visual arrangements to maintain a dynamic and engaging environment that enhances the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with Brand Guide and standards and provide feedback for improvement.

**OTHERS**
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and visual merchandising, and QSR.
- Serve as the primary ambassador for the brand, both within the organization and to external stakeholders, embodying its values and vision to foster strong relationships and drive brand awareness.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising or graphic design, or a proven record of specialized training or certification programs in visual merchandising. A proven record of relevant experience and demonstrated skills (minimum 5 years) in the field is required.
- A solid **visual merchandising experience **, particularly within a fast-food environment would be advantageous.
- Results-driven and sales-oriented individual committed to supporting the achievement of company sales targets and revenue growth through the implementation of effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking in developing and implementing visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance brand identity.
- A creative thinker with excellent visual flair, possessing a keen eye for aesthetics and strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about the fast-food industry and possesses strong communication, leadership, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to execute brand strategies effectively.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to innovate in response to market trends and customer preferences.
