**Responsibilities
- Create test program and test hardware including evaluation, debugging, optimization and production transfer
- Cooperate with circuit designers, product development engineering, and technology engineers regarding test evaluation, analysis and debugging of first silicon and redesigns
- Create characterization programs and analyze resulting performance data. Product failure analysis and debugging on test system
- Define and realize test cost ratios and transfer of test package to other test platforms
- Maintain test package during ramp-up and volume production

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science with at least 8 years’ experience in the field of IC Test development
- Experience in development of test programs and test hardware for SoC devices
- Experience with several state-of the art Automated Test Equipment (ATE), preferably on Teradyne J750 and Advantest 93k
- Knowledge of SoC testing during the development and volume production including product ramp-up
- Knowledge of analog test / DSP / DFT / DfM / DfA methods
- Experience in mixed-signal and RF test is an advantage
- IC design experience / VHDL and/or Verilog knowledge is an advantage
