The Accounting Executive supports the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. The Accounts Executive handles accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing and payroll. Other duties include working on fixed assets accounting and the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes. He is expected to assist in the budgeting and forecasting process. The Accounting Executive is required to have a basic understanding of the business structures, operations and financial performance. He may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing when necessary. He is meticulous and has good management skills.
- Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system
- Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
- Perform month-end closing activities
- Process payroll transactions in the organisation's accounting system
- Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs
- Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash

**Job Requirement**
- Must have Accounting qualification.
- With at least 1 year of experience.
- With good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
