- **MMP Module/Supervisor: Facility Department Site Services**:

- **Title**:Manage transportation, janitor, canteen operation, dormitory, cafeteria equipment, landscape, pest control, waste composting, urban farming, event project and etc
- **Description**:Familiarize the site services operation and its actives
- **Scope**:

- To familiarize the site services operation and its actives;
- Analyze current vendor performance metric established
- Proposes changes mainly in the guidelines, format and management
- Assist in developing scope of work for the provision of provide outsourced services
- Participate actively in resolving issues pertaining to work areas
- Able to monitor, audit and enhance site services from internal or external service providers
- Ensure and maintain a high level of safety standards on all the works supervised to meet company goal in safety performance
- Meet customer satisfaction timely on any feedback and buildings are safe working place for TMs
- Help for documentation for RBA related documents from vendors
- **Deliverables**:

- Deliver process mapping to differentiate site services.
- Learn to manage people/Vendors
- Characterize the differences in settle any feedback with logical explanation and solution.
- To enable interns to acquire practical experience and knowledge of the day-today work of Facility Site service departments.
- To provide the opportunity work in a multi-cultural, multi-linguistic and multi-ethnic environment contributing to the development of mutual understanding, trust and tolerance.
- To provide the opportunity to interns to put into practice knowledge acquired during their studies and training and in particular their specific areas of competence. To introduce these interns to the professional world and the constraints, duties and opportunities therein
