IT Engineer

Job Description:

- On site coverage
- Providing hardware and software support for desktop environments, end-user computers, and business-critical systems.
- Supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite in a desktop/EUC environment.
- Cloning, reimaging, and installing Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshooting desktop issues, including device drivers, printers, and resolving Trojan/virus-related problems.
- Staging and configuring laptops and ensuring proper system testing and commissioning
- Performing end-user data migration and PC deployments during hardware refresh cycles.
- Maintaining UAT documentation for system installations.

Working hours:

- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in desktop support and EUC environments (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Expertise in Windows OS and Microsoft Office troubleshooting and support.
- Familiarity with hardware setups, including staging and configuration of laptops/desktops.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various client environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
