**Responsibilities**:

- AEJ Equity Research Sales is responsible for servicing institutional equity clients and distribute Nomura's research content and single stock ideas. The role will require:

- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Research, Trading, Syndicate etc.) to drive monetization of Nomura's equity content business and Syndicate deals
- Line up cross-sell opportunities for our execution services and non-cash offerings
- Proactive and self-starter in pursuit of new clients
- Support Regional sales team on client requests
- Idea generation for corporate access events

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of cash equity sales experience in AEJ EQ markets
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; coupled with good marketing and presentation skills
- A passion for financial markets, ideally demonstrated through past internships in the financial industry and curriculum
- Ability to work under high stress environment
- Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Fluency in Mandarin and any other Asian language would be an advantage
