**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Duties**:
- Handle daily accounting entries (AP, AR, GL)
- Handle payroll
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Support audit and tax preparation when required
- CPF submission
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
- Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and staff claims
- Maintain employee records and support basic HR tasks
- Ensure the office environment is neat and well-organized
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in accounting and admin roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software,QuickBooks
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
