Perform daily and ongoing preventive maintenance works to ensure the functionality of the building.
- Attend to requests and able to be hands-on and carry out troubleshooting, installation and repair works and follow up with service reports.
- Independently manage contractors and ensure the works are carried out according to requirements.
- Comply with workplace safety regulations.
- Support any after hours building needs and activities as required.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate reporting officer or management.

**Job Requirements**
- Education qualification in higher NITEC or NITEC in Mechanical and Electrical Systems or Facilities Management
- 3-5years of related experience, preferably in a Food Manufacturing or Warehouse facility environment
- 5.5 day workweek

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
