**Title**:
Environmental Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Independently develop Environmental facilities description, Environmental design philosophies (e.g., noise & vibration, Spills, emission/ leaks, waste management, etc.), Environmental specifications, etc.

Participate in Environmental Hazard reviews and analysis including ENVID, waste minimization, Fugitive emission & leaks review, ALARP in various environmental aspects, etc. and responsible for associated Actions close-out

Able to influence in design for Environmental Critical Elements (ECE) and its Design & operational Performance standards implementation.

Independently develop key deliverables e.g.

(a) Greenhouse Gas and Energy Management Plan (GHGEMP);
(b) Emissions, Discharges and Wastes Register;
(c) Hazardous Substances Inventory;
(d) Prepare an Environmental Construction Plan demonstrating how construction and commissioning environmental risks and hazards shall be reduced and maintained to ALARP levels; and

(e) Record key environmental decisions in the appropriate decision registers.

Responsible for review Third Party environmental engineering studies including waste management, Green house emission analysis, etc.

Provide environmental inputs to projects (inputs include environmental risk assessments such as chemicals, noise & lighting, environmental impact assessments, etc.)

Interact/co-ordinate with Other disciplines (including vendor packages) and provide environmental inputs to engineering design, as required.

Manage & guide environmental team engineers in the project's team

Deliver project environmental deliverables as per project schedule. Provide inputs & support to Project's management team in all environmental aspects incl. progress reports

Ability to influence designs to achieve optimal HSE outcomes

**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university and shall notable Environmental Engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry

Minimum 20 years’ of relevant design engineering experience

Experience in design projects for Offshore (FPSO/Platforms) and Onshore (Refineries, LNG facilities, Storage terminal, etc.)

Familiar with ENVID, Waste minimization, Fugitive emission & leaks reviews and other engineering reviews (e.g. SIMOPS, ALARP)

Good working knowledge in Emission, discharges and waste management, Green house and Energy management

Possess knowledge in Environmental Standards & Regulations (Local - Australia and international) and regulatory/marine codes and standards with respect to Environmental aspect (related to offshore)

A team player with leadership potential and shall have pro-active inter-discipline communication

Has involvement in design and engineering of environmental systems related to air emissions, drainage and liquid discharges and waste management
