**THE COMPANY**

UBX Training is the fastest growing global boxing and strength training franchise. With over 80 clubs operating throughout Singapore, Australia, NZ, UK and the US, this is an exciting opportunity to help grow this successful brand in Asia.

UBX Training is an industry revolution. The training sessions are modelled around a 12 round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels. Workouts last for just under 45 minutes with a new round starting every three minutes, meaning arrival times are flexible for clients.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE ROLE?**
- Run high intensity workouts with clients and engage in one on one pad work
- Help foster a positive and fun work environment
- Build strong relationships with members and help build the UBX fitness community
- Help ensure members reach their fitness goals and always reward their success
- Help ensure maintenance, cleanliness and safety of studio and equipment

**POSITION & PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS**

We are looking for someone to join our team permanently on Saturday mornings and if required to occasionally work early morning weekday opening shifts (5.45am for a 6am opening)
- A dynamic, positive and energetic individual who likes to have fun
- Nationally recognised personal training/fitness certificate
- 2-4 years of practical fitness experience and running group exercise classes
- Strong pad work skills a bonus
- Current CPR/AED certificate
- Excellent people skills and a focus on customer service
- Strong team player
- Reliability, flexibility and punctuality
- Strong desire to learn and continuously develop
- Passion for health & fitness - leads a healthy lifestyle
