Caring for seniors is a labour of love that requires a special person and just the right touch. This can be a regular full-time or part-time role or an independent freelance contractor.Your Responsibilities Would Include:

- Providing professional and culturally appropriate care and taking the lead to support seniors to live as independently as possible at home
- Tailoring individualised care to suit the personal needs of our individual clients
- Performing simple routine nursing procedures (for those with relevant experience)
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of seniors
- Providing personal care to seniors, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Checking on vital signs and administering oral medication
- Maintaining clear and legible documentation and records
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Reminding and escorting to medical appointments and other social activities
- Non-specialist care activities when necessarySkills & Qualifications
- Certification in professional caregiving, healthcare assistant or other relevant qualifications highly advantageous (training & OJT will be provided for those who do not have relevant qualification)
- Hands-on care experience especially caring for seniors a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with seniors and their families
- Physically capable of transferring or assisting the senior’s mobility (ability to lift, pull or push)
- Read, write, and speak English
