Marine Project Engineer

**Engineering Support**:

- Preparation of commercial tenders, calculations and work procedures of assigned crane repair/ servicing projects onshore and offshore
- Sole administrator of project files and documents
- Liaising and building rapport with customers and subcontractors
- Purchasing of equipment, tools and consumables for each project and responsible for the logístical arrangements
- Writing and compilation of reports
- Controller of projects expenditure to ensure all project costs incurred, are within the budget set
- To ensure that the provisions of WSH Act / Environmental Legislations and relevant regulations are complied with, or any country specific legal requirements are met
- To recommend reasonably practicable measure to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace or may be affected by these activities
- Assist Management to implement the measures or safe work procedures / EWI

**Business Administration**:

- Contribute to the expansion of company’s customers profiles in targeted industry through direct contact and business meetings
- Highly involved with profit and loss of all assigned projects
- Sales and marketing of company’s services
- Promoting and maintaining effective communications with clients representatives.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor in Engineering, with mechanical or hydraulic background
- Has minimum 4 years’ experience in similar field, in marine and offshore crane related service & repair
- Experience within a project engineering environment with a crane maker will be an added advantage
- Technically inclined and highly organized in a fast-paced environment
- Effective in dealing with commercial and management aspects of the role
- Careful and meticulous professional and a motivated self-starter
- Able to commit even after Office hours due to the nature of the job
- Can work under pressure, is hands on and proactive, as this is not purely an office-based job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
