**Major Responsibilities**
- Actively seek out new ideas and solutions that could enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with business users to scope and deploy solutions using Power Platform tools.
- Lead discussions and workshops with business users to define problem statements and design solutions.
- Contribute to AI Competition projects and key global projects, such as global approval workflow system and other automation workflow.
- Assist with the development of existing prototypes, facilitating its transition to the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) phase and eventually to a production-ready state.
- Iteratively improve prototypes based on user feedback to ensure the best possible solutions.
- Share the existing workload, including maintenance, requests, and updates for current solutions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and business stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment and promote a growth mindset within the team.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- More than 7 years of experience in IT, project management, or solutions development.
- At least 2 years of experience in Power Platform development.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and discussions with business users.
- Experience in iterative development and incorporating user feedback into solutions.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
