Singapore AGX LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Description:
- Manage a team in running daily 3PL warehouse operations.
- Manage a fleet of trucks and drivers to achieve set KPI.
- Plan and schedule daily routes to ensure optimal use of fleet.
- Plan and schedule manpower deployment.
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Ensure smooth and timely logistics order processing.
- Ensure continuous improvements in operational efficiency, identify potential cost savings and opportunities to increase productivity.
- Ensure operational costs are managed well and contained.
- Ensure customer requirements / KPIs are met and service failures minimized.
- Perform regular checks on the operations to ensure compliance to the SOP.
- Conduct regular briefing to the operation on staff discipline, SOP and other organization related policy.
- Inculcate workplace safety and ensure safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Provide coaching, mentorship and development for staff.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in managing a 3PL warehouse operation team.
- Diploma or Degree in relevant logistics discipline.
- Experienced in the use of Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experienced in Pick and Pack and E-Commerce Fulfilment operations is a must.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
