Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Logistics & Carrier Management Specialist to lead our logistics operations and drive exceptional service for our key Clients in the APAC region. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end-to-end package movement, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing our reputation as a trusted logistics partner. **Responsibilities**:
**Client Focus**:

- Oversee logistics parcel delivery services for key Clients across the APAC region, ensuring a superior delivery experience.
- Manage outbound and return centre operations to meet and exceed the performance targets outlined in each Client contract.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients, delivering regular performance reports and providing proactive support throughout the end-to-end package journey.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with Clients, representing eSW with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.
- Act as the Logistics SME for cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Client, Technology, and Customer Service teams.
- Plan and implement daily operations and manage peak period logistics in partnership with Client DC partners and the eSW Carrier network.

**Carrier Management**:

- Liaise with and manage Carrier Partners to ensure that 3PL services meet the established SLAs and deliver optimal performance.
- Monitor external and internal KPI reporting; identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans to enhance delivery speed, reduce costs, and elevate the shopper experience.
- Quickly address and resolve escalating issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Lead the local Carrier Management Program, conducting regular MBRs and reviews as scheduled.
- Contribute to growth and change initiatives by participating in cross-functional projects that enhance client service and operational performance.
- Support the testing and operational rollout of new solution designs, providing critical feedback to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, preferably in ecommerce operations.
- Demonstrable experience in Client Management with strong KPI reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and address partner concerns at all levels, ensuring client issues are resolved swiftly.
- Proven skills in 3PL ecommerce Carrier management and coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, graph, and trend visualization.
- Excellent organization and priority management skills to handle dynamic, fast-paced workloads.
