**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are looking for a Security Patrol, Training & Compliance Officer to ensure officers are well-train to carry out their duties and the sites are well-maintain to project the image of the company.

From time to time, he/she will also need to support HQ initiatives to promote active and healthy living, and general well-being of the ground officers, as well as to support the operations department deployment and effective running of the operations

The successful incumbent must be competent in security policies and regulations, good in people management and communication skills and is able to perform under tight deadline and pressure. He or she must possess relevant people skill, and able to follow and implement instructions efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities Includes**:

- Conduct induction, competency training and assessment to new hire and officers due for promotion to ensure they are competent to carry out the job assigned.
- Support HQ initiatives and events to promote active and healthy living, and general well-being of officers.
- Conduct patrol and audit checks at various sites to ensure the guardhouse and site operations are running at optimal and proper image of the company is being projected.
- Conduct investigation on reported incidents and complaints on officer’s misconduct.
- Respond to any situations or incidents at various sites.
- Conduct site risk survey to identify any potential hazards or risks.
- Prepare site audit, training and investigation reports.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
