**To support our growing operations, we are seeking a committed and experienced Senior Traffic Officer to join our airline operations team.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist Station Manager in supervising daily flight operations.**
- **Lead and coordinate Traffic Officers during rostered shifts.**
- **Supervise check-in, boarding, baggage, and excess baggage collection.**
- **Prepare post-flight reports and ensure accurate documentation.**
- **Handle VIPs, special passengers, and coordinate with airport authorities.**
- **Act as Acting Station Manager when required.
**A.**Pre-flight activities**:

- **Check availability and preparedness of staff equipment, supplies and services of the GHA**

**to perform the ground handling services.**:

- **Check that the airport information public displays show correct data.**
- **Check Airline’s dedicated check-in counters**:

- **Number of check-in accordance with booking figures**
- **Counter equipped with appropriate carrier’s signage (all Airline’s materials and**

**signage will be managed by the Representative)**:

- **Display unit show correct flight number, destination and class**
- **Make sure GHA delivers all the documents including but not limited to flight plan, General**

**Declaration, load sheet, passenger manifest, crew manifest, weather reports, ATS**:
**information etc. to the aircraft. Supervise the delivery of cargo manifest and inform**:
**Airline and GHA if any irregularities.**:
**B.**Post-flight activities**:

- **Submit following reports to HQ**:
**1. Airport Sales Report**:
**2. Revenue Sales Report**:
**3. Meal Statistics Report**:
**C.**Other services**:

- **Liaison between the GHA, the local authorities, suppliers and others to be favourable to the smooth operation of the Airline at the airports.
**Requirements**:

- **GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent academic qualification, and strong proficiency in computer skills.**
- **Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in airline or airport ground handling operations, preferably with a GSA or airline.**
- **Good understanding of IATA and CAAS regulations, airport procedures, and airline operational standards.**
- **Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.**
- **Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.**
- **Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by flight schedules.**
- **Able to commence work immediately.
