Singapore DSTA - Defence Science & Technology Agency Full time

**OVERVIEW**:

- The Enterprise Digital Services Programme Centre works at the forefront of digitalisation of MINDEF and the SAF. We are looking for motivated engineers to join the Enterprise Digital Services Programme Centre. You will be joining a team of engineers to implement & manage platforms to deliver IT Service Management and Compliance Management capabilities for MINDEF/SAF.

This role will require you to:

- Lead in the system management and operation of the compliance platform in accordance to IT system policies
- Ensure that the compliance platform adheres to applicable security/governance standards, policies, directives and guidelines
- Liaise and work directly with ops manager and stakeholders for system maintenance and engineering support
- Provide monthly summary and/or progress report on system management, operation and their related status
- During audit exercise, work with stakeholders to provide responses and evidence to auditors

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in any Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of the compliance platforms
- Self-driven and performance-oriented with good writing skills
- Experience in IT platform management and implementation
- Knowledge and familiarity with ServiceNow software will be an added advantage
- Certification in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) or IT Service Management will be an added advantage
