We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Sales Associate to support the online promotion and sales conversion of our smart home products. This B2C role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, can effectively implement marketing strategies, and possesses strong communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Online Promotion
Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
Platform Management: Help manage the company’s presence on key platforms such as Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
Content Creation: Contribute to the production of engaging video content, including shooting and editing, to support localized marketing efforts in Singapore.
Aid in creating bilingual (English and Chinese) videos and voiceovers that resonate with the local audience.
Integrated Promotion: Ensure that content is released consistently across various platforms.
2. Offline Promotion at Exhibitions
Assist in promotional activities at offline exhibitions, helping to enhance brand visibility and engage potential customers.
3. Sales Reception and Conversion
Customer Reception and Consultation: Provide friendly online and offline consultation services, welcoming local clients with fluent communication in English and Chinese.
Sales Follow-Up: Support the sales process by following up with customers to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.
Customer Relationship Management: Help build and maintain relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Improving Advertising ROI
Advertising Support: Assist in analyzing ad performance and suggest optimizations to improve return on investment.
Utilizing AI Tools: Learn to use AI tools to enhance efficiency in tasks such as copywriting and video editing.
Help create versatile content that can be repurposed across multiple platforms.
**Requirements**:
Familiarity with social and search platforms like Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
Bilingual in English and Chinese, capable of effective communication with local clients.
Basic knowledge of video production and editing is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
