**Duties**

1. Input and execute Bilateral / Syndication Loans

Once done, input details into the system and execute the trade, printing out the voucher and receipt. Write down the trade details on the Syndication white card and pass everything to Manager to check and endorse.

Agent bank will send over the drawdown notice, after checking the notice for discrepancy, next is to check the limit in system. If it is a new customer, get details of the line from credit side and after that reply to agent bank to confirm the funds.

On drawdown date, input and execute the trade in the system and send out the payment order. Agent bank will send us payment notice for the payment due, to cross check with the details against our system for any discrepancy.

On payment date, pass entry and check the funds and attach any relevant documents.

2. Input, execute and issue Bankers Guarantee

After line is set up, prepare necessary documents and if hardcopy is needed, get the guarantee form from the vault and register certificate stock into the system. Once it is done, input trade details into the system and pass all entries including charges.

Prepare guarantee in Word file and print out then send it to counterparty.

3. Cover daily work for Settlement

Cover job duty for MM/FX Settlement operations if colleague is not in office

4. Performance of other duties assigned by General Manager, Senior Deputy General Manager or Head of Operation from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant Corporate Banking experience

Or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking or related discipline.
- Strong team player and ability to foster teamwork
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
